We have already heard and checked about the dark mode feature of WhatsApp in recent times. However, as per the recent buzz, the messaging giant platform called WhatsApp is all set to make news in the media as it is planning to embark with several more interesting features for its users. The beta updates by company has disclosed some interesting features. Some of them make a stable version, while some do not. The final version of the beta versions have added the fingerprint lock along with the group privacy settings. However, that’s not all as there are several features launched by the group for its users.

Dark Mode as we have been knowing that would be added soon on the WhatsApp. Both the Android 10 and iOS 13 are going to adapt the system-wide dark mode and with time a majority of the major third-party apps would also comply with this. The best part is, the WhatsApp’s Dark Mode has been tested and is all set to come soon for the Android users followed by the iOS users the next.

The next feature is the Self-destructing messages. We know WhatsApp is seen borrowing the iconic feature of the Snapchat. You would soon be seen with the Self-destructing messages that would be added by WhatsApp for its users. Though we have the likes of Telegram and Signal already present in it, but the newly added feature is certainly going to join the “delete for everyone” messaging feature on the messaging platform. The Self-destructing messages will have its launch on WhatsApp as the “delete messages” and it is going to be available in the peer-to-peer along with the group chats. The users thus would be able to find in the intervals between one hour to even for the one year old messages to self destruct.

The next worthy feature to name is the Multiple-devices support. Soon one would find the WhatsApp getting over on more than one device. As per reports, the multiple device for WhatsApp is likely to be launched soon for all the users. This feature can be accessed with the registration notifications you intend to log into another device – which is very much similar to how code-based Facebook login works.

The other feature is the Hide muted status, which can be accessed when the mute status updates are seen on WhatsApp. If you find them appearing over the feed at the bottom of gray scale format. Now, with this feature, without even getting the update, the users would be able to mute the updates from the selected contacts. This feature can be accessed under separate tab to make the process simpler.
