Now, as per the latest buzz, it is returning to the Android users, or rather has even returned to get ready for the use. As the tech giant was seen relaunching the same, we see the compass feature coming with several added features for the users. Earlier for the reasons unknown and now they are back. The experts feel that it was the reliability issue that seems to have made the tech giant bring it down.
Now, with the newly shared features, the company has brought something interesting for the users. Compass feature now returns as Google Maps was not for the iOS user and now with the new update coming along with the Compass Feature, one can find the same being available in the future. The compass is seen in different formats particularly in two different formats; one is the regular one and the other is the North all the time. This compass can be seen with these two formats along with a number of other key features for the Maps. As it comes through the post of Google Maps, one can see helping the forums for searching out the giant details that has come in the maps are now returning with the Compass as the widget seen over the application.
This was announced earlier in a blog post about Google Maps that are seen helping the forum over the search giants as details with its maps are seen getting over the compass feature like a widget over the application. One can find the newly returned compass feature to be visible over the right side of the screen that is seen giving the users enough options to navigate over the destination. When the phone is seen rotated to any direction, we see the red arrow coming over the top and point over the north direction. Further, the post also talked about how the users are enjoying the same with the compass and they claimed that they would need Google Maps Version 10.62 or higher.
Compass feature was also taken back for the Apple’s iOS based users where they were seen removing the same from Android in 2019. With the help of this blog post, we see Google also coming up with some new features for the Maps. These include the Indoor AR Navigations along with teh Maps Live View indoor that are found in places like transit stations, malls and airports. This will help the users to get the quick view of the predicted weather along with the air conditions found in an area. The Grocery pickup in the new feature added with the compass. This helps the users to find grocery stores around your neighborhood. This feature will also come along with Google Search. Also, you can use the same in the Dark ode as well along with getting the Electric Vehicle-friendly routes for navigation as well.
