The top mobile makers – Motorola and Samsung are back in the news and this time for embarking upon the foldable display phones. The Samsung calls it Galaxy Z Flip that cost around 1380 USD, while the other from Motorola calls it RAZR that costs around 1500 USD. The two were seemed getting launched in recent weeks that people have been complaining about them. It seems that the repeat of what we have seen going close to the year-ago when Samsung was seen seeding the reviewers from Galaxy Fold for the early unit broke. The phone was seen getting delayed for the five months as Samsung was seen working for a solution and then seen launching to get things with the screen and hinge.

However, the latest foldable phones are now seen as having issues on their own. The phone from Samsung seemed to report with the issue with plastic and not glad over-advertised. On the weekend, the YouTube channel the company rep from Samsung claimed with the phone basically has a glass display. While having the hardness test, the company found out that the screen scratches just like plastic and it does not seem to be hard or damage resistant like glass. However, during the press conference of the company held recently in San Francisco previously, the company rep claimed that the phone is first to introduce the folding glass display called the UTG or Ultra-Thin Glass.

The company’s first of its type UTG technology seems to be different than the Galaxy flagship devices, while the display is not seen bending and has to be handled with great care. At the same time, Galazy Z Flip is seen coming out with a protective layer seen over the top of UTG which is very much similar to the Galaxy Fold. On the other side, the phone from Motorola seemed to have come with the same foldable display, which has the complaint of getting broken by the way. The tech portal called Input claimed that the new Motorola phone’s screen is seen already separating from the body and would be damaged after a couple of days use. The site is not seen damaged as it is seen occurring but when posted over the number of images showcased over the display ripping over the frame then the users came to realize about the same. So the conclusion for the modern day consumers is that one should avoid buying the phone unless it comes with better quality and without such issues.
