During the said time duration, he has made a couple of changes and most of these additions are seen over the headcount that Sundar Pichai the Alphabet CEO was seen boasting since past few months. This restructuring affair is nothing but an attempt to realign the focus area over the global markets that would hamper the changes seen in the top 50 employees. As per the sources close to the company, the tech giant is not going to comment over the number of employees, which remain hampered or the areas that have its impact over the Cloud business. It has only claimed the fact that it is now working with the internal mobility teams for finding out the new roles of the employees within the company.

Adding to this, the spokesperson of Google Cloud said that they are obliged to everything that has come their way while they were giving their commitment to all. Just last week, the company head was seen outlining the strategy of the company that talked about focusing on the five top areas – healthcare, retail, financial services, entertainment, manufacturing and media. The company Alphabet was seen breaking out the Cloud revenue numbers for the first time as stated in the report of the fourth quarter earnings.

The Google Cloud has so far earned a whopping around 9 billion USD as its revenue in the year 2019 when compared to the 5 billion USD revenue earned in 2018. And for 2020, the company is focusing on gain not less than 10 billion USD from the Google Cloud business. Although the growth seems to be impressive, yet on checking the Amazon Web Services, it seems to be way ahead than Google with the earning of 35 billion USD in revenue the previous year. It was the analysts including Synergy and Gartner that put this company on the top slot if things are considered in the market share perspective, with Microsoft remaining as the clear No. 2.
